MCPF Championships

Cannock had amazing success in the print section to ensure a return to Connah’s Quay on the summer by storming to second place at leicester, we came 4th in the dpi section even though the mono images were not showing very well. Cannock’s top scoring print entries were from Guy Rogers and David Byrne respectively with an impressive 14 points each. Photofolio Challenge Trophy 2012

We have now had the results from the 2012 Photofolio Challenge Trophy.  Cannock put a mixed entry into the competition of Advanced and Intermediate workers to give as many people as possible the experience of having their work entered. In the Monochrome Print Section 27 clubs entered work and Cannock were placed 9th, 29 Clubs entered Colour Prints with Cannock being placed 6th and from 32 clubs entering PDI’s Cannock were placed 10th . Photofolio Success for Cannock

Cannock gained 3 awards in the latest MCPF competition with Carole Mathews winning a Highly Commended with here photo entitled ‘Autumn’s Birches’ and 3 acceptances. David Byrne gained two HC’s for ‘Grit and Mud’ and ‘Riding his Luck’ and a total of 4 acceptances.
