Cannock (170 points) came second to Tamworth (175 points) in the Staffordshire Battle on Wednesday 11th November in a very well attended event, for the first time ever it is believed, we had 11 clubs attend the event with some superb images from all that entered. More Awards for Paul

Paul Hassell has been on the awards trail again with a Highly Commended for ‘Guided Champion‘, and a commended for ‘Racing for Home‘ with 6 accepted in the Frome Open Salon, David Byrne also received a Highly Commended for ‘Frontier Man‘ with 8 accepted. Paul also did well at the Shrewsbury Salon as well with 5 acceptances and ‘Forever Together‘ won a commended BPE ribbon.

CPS Smethwick Success

Four Corners

The last official meeting of the season involved the voting for the Four Corners competition. Unfortunately, we were down to three clubs this year but, nevertheless, it was a good competition and Cannock came out winners. Brevard (Florida) came second, followed by Rochester (New York), making their debut. The Best Image was a tie between Carl Mason’s ‘Is this our train, Dad’ and ‘Grandpa Elliot’ by Marc Szczesny of Brevard.
