David Byrne has been awarded another gold medal this week with a FIAP Gold Medal for ‘Lindisfarne Boats‘ in the Slovenian Salon along with 10 acceptances.
Along with 48 acceptances David Byrne revived a Gold UPI award for ‘Riding his Luck‘ in the Serbian Circuit ‘Photography 2012’. Peter Clarke had 38 acceptances bringing CPS’ total for the salon to 86.

David Byrne has returned from Abu Dhabi with FIAP Gold for ‘Riding his Luck‘ in the Sports Section of the 7th Emirates Photography Contest in the United Arab Emirates. He was the only representative from the UK in a group of award winners from around the world. The event was filmed by Abu Dhabi TV and Press.
David Byrne struck treble gold in the Italian ‘1st Western Liguria Circuit’. ‘Riding his Luck‘ won a FIAP Gold Medal and a PSA HM, ‘Cross Road‘ won a FIAP Gold Medal and 2 ISF Diploma’s, while ‘Lindisfarne Boats‘ gained an ISF Gold Medal. Altogether in the circuit he had 33 acceptances.

Cannock Photographic Society will be represented in person in the United Arab Emirates on the 18th December. David Byrne will be flying out to Abu Dhabi all expenses paid to collect his FIAP medal in person from the Cities Arts & Culture Department run salon, The Emirates Photography Competition.
